The shipping was pretty fast for coming from another country. It seemed to stop via tracking but customer service was responsive and it seemed to get to me fast. I have a 23 pound Jack Russell and I got a 2xl based on his measurements and the size guide. It fits perfectly and the quality is really nice. It seems well made, it's soft, vibrant and oh so cute!
